The Aristo of Burguss, more widely known as the Starseer. The Liberation force first encounter him in Castle Prevant, upon seeing Capell he has a vision of a future without Aristos.
He later joins the party in Burgusstadt as a Secondary Member
Later on, Savio is discovered to be Kiriya's and Held's former mentor, and the only person in the Force that Kiriya seems to have any real respect for. There are implications, in a cutscene after defeating Held, that Savio blames himself for Held's corruption and untimely demise.
